The new MADA app features an innovative emergency button activated by user drag across the whole screen to avoid activating it by mistake.
Activating it summons a medical team to the user's location through GPS reception while initiating a voice call with a MADA service representative. The user also has the option to activate the camera for medical assistance purposes. Upon the medical team's arrival at the user's location, the option to display the user's medical file and dial an emergency contact is provided on the screen.
